Glassblowing Experience -Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

1.1. This gift card is issued by Handmade in Hawkshead, located at Main St, Hawkshead, Cumbria, LA22 0NT.
1.2. The gift card is redeemable exclusively for a glassblowing experience at Handmade in Hawkshead (James Stewardson's Studio).
1.3. By purchasing, redeeming, or using this gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Gift Card Validity

2.1. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2. After the expiration date, the gift card will no longer be redeemable, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

3. Booking and Redemption

3.1. To redeem the gift card, the recipient must book their glassblowing experience in advance.
3.2. Bookings are subject to availability. Please contact us at handmadeinhawkshead@gmail.com to schedule your experience.
3.3. The gift card must be presented at the time of booking or on arrival.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

4.1. This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
4.2. The gift card is non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient specified at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience.
5.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the gift card value.

6. Liability and Safety

6.1. Participation in a glassblowing experience involves certain risks. All participants must follow the instructions provided by the lead glassblower for their safety.
6.2. Handmade in Hawkshead will not be held liable for any injuries or damages arising from the participant's failure to comply with safety guidelines.
6.3. Participants will be required to sign a waiver before commencing the glassblowing experience.

7. Age Restrictions

7.1. The glassblowing experience is suitable for participants aged 18 and above.
7.2. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Handmade in Hawkshead reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
